1. Program description

Love Productions Inc. (“Love Productions,” “we,” “us”) operates an internal text-message reminder program called Love Productions Appointment Reminders (the “Program”).

The Program sends automated SMS reminders to authorized Love Productions personnel in advance of appointments already scheduled on their own company calendars. It is a transactional, internal notification service. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this Program.

2. Who receives messages

Messages are sent only to Love Productions personnel who have requested reminders for their own calendar and have provided their mobile number directly to the company for that purpose.

There is no public sign-up for this Program. Mobile numbers are entered manually into our internal configuration by company staff. We do not use purchased lists, third-party lists, or any automated collection of phone numbers, and members of the public cannot enroll.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends entirely on how many appointments a recipient has scheduled. A recipient receives up to two messages per appointment — one approximately 24 hours before, and one approximately one hour before. Recipients with no scheduled appointments receive no messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Love Productions does not charge for participation in the Program. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages you send or receive.

5. How to opt out — STOP

Reply STOP to any message from the Program to stop receiving messages.

You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to your number. To resume messages after opting out, reply START.

6. How to get help — HELP

Reply HELP to any message from the Program for assistance.

7. Supported carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

8. Delivery disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and network conditions, none of which are under our control.

Reminders sent through this Program are a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole record of a scheduled appointment. Always refer to your calendar as the authoritative source.

9. Privacy

Mobile numbers collected for the Program are used solely to deliver the reminders described above. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties, and we do not use them for marketing purposes.

Numbers are shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) strictly for the purpose of delivering these messages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the effective date above will be updated to reflect the revision.
