ABOUT CRAZY ON HEART
CRAZY ON HEART is East Tennessee's premier tribute to Heart, delivering a high-energy, arena-grade concert experience built around the fierce vocal heights of Ann Wilson and the iconic guitar riffs of Nancy Wilson. Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, the band takes audiences on a journey through the full arc of one of rock's most influential, female-driven bands: from the acoustic folk-rock roots of Dreamboat Annie, Dog & Butterfly, and Crazy on You through the hard-rock punch of Barracuda, Magic Man, and Kick It Out, and on to the massive 1980s power-ballad era of Alone, These Dreams, and What About Love. In the spirit of Heart's own shows, the set also nods to Led Zeppelin with Stairway to Heaven and Rock and Roll.
Fronting the band is AYCA YAYMAN, a powerful, expressive, genre-straddling vocalist who channels the spirit of Ann Wilson's soaring voice. A classically trained oboist with dual degrees in performance, YAYMAN plays oboe and English horn with the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, the Oak Ridge Symphony, and Symphony of the Mountains, and leads the Knoxville cover band AYCA. That range shows on stage, from the flute-led intro of Love Alive to the full-throated wail of Barracuda. She is joined by Joey on guitar, Annie, Gil on bass, and Jay on drums, a reliable and hard-hitting live act that has played venues from Tennessee to Florida and continues to expand across the Southeast.
With a 27-song catalog spanning every era of Heart, CRAZY ON HEART keeps audiences singing along to every classic hit.
