SMS Consent

Love Productions Inc. is a talent management, booking, and production company headquartered in Times Square, New York City. Since 1985 we have delivered original entertainment — concerts, Broadway hits, tribute and celebrity shows, circus and variety acts, and dance — to theaters, performing arts centers, arenas, casinos, festivals, corporations, and private and charity events worldwide.

This page documents, in full, how end users consent to receive text messages from Love Productions Appointment Reminders, the internal SMS reminder program we operate for our own staff. It is published for transparency and for review by messaging providers and wireless carriers.

1. There is no public sign-up

This Program is internal and employee-only. Members of the public cannot enroll, and no web form, keyword, QR code, or purchased list is used to collect mobile numbers. Messages are sent only to Love Productions personnel who have asked to receive reminders for appointments on their own company calendar.

2. The single opt-in path: signed written consent

An employee who wants reminders completes and signs the SMS Consent Authorization form below. The form is provided by the company on paper or as a PDF signed electronically.

The consent checkbox on the form is blank and unchecked when the form is presented. The employee must actively mark it, write in their own mobile number, and sign and date the form. An unmarked box, or a form without a signature, is not accepted and the number is not enrolled.

Consent is not a condition of employment, and I may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or by notifying the company.

4. What happens after the form is signed

The employee returns the signed form to Love Productions.
Company staff verify the consent box is marked and the form is signed, and retain the form on file as the record of consent.
Staff enter the mobile number manually into the internal configuration of the reminder system. Numbers are never imported in bulk.
The system begins sending reminders for that employee’s calendar appointments only — up to two per appointment, approximately 24 hours and approximately 1 hour before the appointment start time.

5. Sample message

“Love Productions reminder: FPPC 2026 Presentation on Mon Sep 14 at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”

6. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. One final confirmation message is sent, after which the number receives nothing further. Reply START to resume, or HELP for assistance. An employee may also withdraw consent by contacting the company at info@loveproductions.com or +1 (212) 714-9197, and their number is removed from the configuration.
